CupExS Global
This year, CupExS has already expanded beyond Georgia, marking an important milestone in the development of the tournament series. We successfully organized the Greek stage of the 2nd CupExS in Thessaloniki, bringing the competition into an international setting and reaching a new level of scale and collaboration.
During the tournament, participants worked on both theoretical problems and experimental tasks, gaining experience in analyzing complex scientific questions and conducting hands-on investigations. The event proved to be an excellent training opportunity and preparation for the international 2nd CupExS, which will take place in the summer of 2026 in Tbilisi.
Academy
CupExS Academy is a program designed for students interested in STEM who want to prepare for international scientific tournaments. The curriculum combines structured lessons, guided practice, and collaborative activities, helping participants develop problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of core concepts. The program is organized to reflect the format and expectations of international competitions while maintaining a clear and balanced learning approach.
As part of the program, participants will travel to Barcelona, where they will visit leading research laboratories in Spain and take part in guided visits that allow them to observe how modern scientific research is conducted, understand laboratory methods and technologies, and gain insight into real experimental work carried out in professional scientific environments. Participants will also attend lectures delivered by specialists, gaining additional academic perspective and exposure to current developments in the field. CupExS Academy aims to offer a consistent combination of academic preparation and practical exposure within an international setting.
